He was an Associate-In Professor and Research Assistant at the University of California at Riverside, where he supervised the completion of over 50 research projects in psychology. He is credited with three publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Course Description: The course is based on the current version of the NASW Code of Ethics and provides a clear and concise discussion of these ethical principles. Topics that are addressed within this course include issues related confidentiality such as guidelines for maintaining confidentiality, limits to confidentiality, disclosing confidential information, responding to a subpoena, HIPAA’s privacy rule, and clients who are minors. This course also focuses on topics revolving around self-determination, competence, informed consent, payment for services, dual relationships, access to records, termination of services, advertising services, and so on.

- Evaluate the implications of these principles for social workers in their daily practice
