This is a 1 ethics CE training developed and instructed by Dr. Melissa Switzer, PhD, BCB-D. This training is intended for BCBAs who want to improve their relationship building skills with caregivers. Attendees will learn the clinical and ethical importance of rapport building in clinical interventions, common challenges providers face when attempting to build rapport, and strategies to improve rapport building to maximize client outcomes.
