Leah also has experience as PEAK trainer and presented Level 1 PEAK Trainings throughout the United States and abroad.

Description of Type 2 / Learning CE Event:Â
This course is based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum (2.0) and provides the eight hours of required training before beginning supervision. During this course, we will cover updated research and guidance for creating effective supervisory relationships and conducting effective supervision of supervisees and trainees. We will discuss methods for clear communication and feedback delivery, tools to monitor performance, and strategies to help supervisees develop problem solving and decision-making skills. This course will also cover the BACB fieldwork requirements and provide guidance for incorporating ethics and professional development within your supervision practice. Additionally, we will discuss cultural competency and culturally relevant supervision practices as it pertains to the BACB Supervisor Curriculum 2.0. This course meets the requirements for the 8-hour supervision training 2.0 requirement put forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. AATBS is a BACB approved continuing education (ACE) provider, OP-20-3284. All CEs earned by attendees at AATBS events are Learning-type CEUs (Type II) and designed to support the professional development of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts.
